A week-long virtual summit to engage 1500 people across 11 time zones

We worked with a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business producing innovative medicines which are used by millions of patients worldwide. They have a bold ambition to deliver sustained growth through science-led innovation and accelerating its pipeline.

The company were delivering their largest transformation programme in a generation – embedding a new single ERP system. SMEs and stakeholders across the whole business had spent six months designing new global processes.

Celebrating a milestone

The team wanted to share the Global design outcomes with over 1,500 colleagues across 11 time zones in an engaging and interactive way. This had to be a virtual event – with technical content targeted at the right groups of colleagues.

A dynamic blend of content
We created a mix of live and pre-prepared video content as well as in depth technical content for participants to review in their own time.  Participants could also sign up to a mix of plenary and spotlight sessions as well as specialist clinics to address specific, technical questions.
Hearing the employee voice
All attendees could submit questions through the conferencing platform or live during Q&A sessions throughout the week.
Involving everyone
All content was recorded so people could view the content on play back – in their own time. The content was also re-used in subsequent engagement communications and programme training.
