Modern Slavery Policy Statement

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Marlowe Consulting has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. The Company is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships, implementing and enforcing effective controls, processes and procedures to ensure modern slavery is not happening anywhere in its business, its clients or supply chains.

Marlowe Consulting is also committed to ensuring transparency in our own business and our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our client’s business and supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The organisation expects high standards from our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

This policy applies to all persons working for Marlowe Consulting on its behalf. This includes employees, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
