Marlowe announces changes to senior leadership team

Marlowe, the specialist change consultancy, today announced a series of changes to its senior leadership team.
Effective 01 September, Scott McKenzie has assumed the role of director. A trusted advisor to senior executives on business transformation, Scott has led Marlowe’s change communications practice for the past five years. He will continue to do so in addition to taking on a new, strategic role in the running of the business.
At the same time, Ben Stokes joins Marlowe as deputy head of change communications. Ben brings deep communications expertise shaped by a career guiding global organisations through complex environments and business change. In senior consultancy roles at Edelman, Hotwire and Lansons, he has worked with executives and leaders on the design and implementation of communications strategies that build alignment, stakeholder confidence and reputation.

As part of the management changes, Deborah Feakins has assumed the role of senior independent advisor to the business. Recognised as an industry-leading advisor to global public and private sector organisations on significant transformation and change programmes over the past 25 years, Deborah is also Marlowe’s founder. She will continue to advise clients and support new business development going forwards.
