Planning for a significant digital transformation deployment

At a critical stage of a digital transformation for a UK government department we worked with them to make sure the deployment would be a success.

A major digital transformation was approaching its deployment phase.
At this critical stage the Senior Responsible Owner needed confirmation that the change management and the implementation approach would be effective.

As well as the planning, implementation and embedding we worked closely with the regional change teams to develop a blue print for the national roll out, balancing risk and timeframes, and gain buy-in to the rollout plan.
