Deborah Feakins
Founder & Director
Deborah is recognised as an industry leading professional advising public and private sector clients on significant transformation, cultural and organisational change programmes over the past 20 years.
Deborah is also proud to be the first Change Management Institute (CMI) Accredited Master Change Manager in the UK/Europe and led the CMI in the UK for three years.
She has an established public speaking reputation and is regularly asked to support clients and industry bodies. She has presented at events for established organisations such as the APM, CMI, Rolls Royce, BBC and cross government round tables. She has been interviewed for several podcasts and has written several thought leadership articles that have been published in the trade press.
Scott McKenzie
Head of Change Communications
In a career spanning over 25 years Scott is a valued and trusted advisor to senior executives on business transformation, change communications and stakeholder engagement. He is a creative and pragmatic problem-solver with a people focus.
He has significant experience dealing with corporate crises and change programmes across the public and private sectors, including organisational design programmes, site closures and relocations, post-merger integrations, IT and process implementations as well as cultural change programmes.
Scott has a strong specialism in employee engagement, helping organisations to define and articulate their purpose and strategy in a way which employees find credible and relevant. Scott is also an experienced facilitator.
Annette Andresen
Director
Passionate about managing the people impacts of change, Annette is a strategic advisor with a focus on change leadership capability, organisational alignment, engagement and communications. She has worked with leaders for over 15 years to guide and drive strategic change, with a focus on ensuring the change is actionable and understandable by leaders and team members alike.
Annette’s work has taken her all over Europe and Asia, and across multiple industries and functions including government, telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, media and pharmaceuticals. As well as working with clients to support delivery of change, Annette is a regular public speaker and panel member on the subject of business change and leadership.
Jen Wright
Head of Business Change
Jen is a highly experienced Transformation Advisor who has who draws on her experience as a senior business sponsor and change manager to advise senior teams on how to deliver the people side of change.
Jen specialises on aligning leadership teams and making change plans pragmatic. She has specialist, change, engagement and development expertise and has advised on ERP implementations, culture change, regulatory, and service transformations.
Jen led the London Chapter of the Change Management Institute and has worked globally across multiple sectors including Finance, Energy, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services along with the Public Sector. She is passionate about making change happen and regularly posts on this subject on Linkedin.
